General Terms and Conditions of Silver Spirit's Private Charters

  1. A deposit of up to 50% will confirm your charter.
  2. The balance of the charter fee is payable 7 days prior to the charter, other arrangements by negotiation.
  3. Payments can be received through cash, bank transfer or credit card. We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express.
  4. Deposits will be refunded if the charter is cancelled more than 60 days prior to the charter. Less 3% if paid via credit card.
  5. If cancelled within 60 days, a refund will be given only if the time is re- booked. Less 3% if paid via credit card
  6. Bookings cancelled within 7 days of the charter will be invoiced for the full cost.
  7. The invoice will be calculated on the final number of guests advised, not later than 7 days prior to the charter or the number actually on board, whichever is the greater number.
  8. A $2000 (unless otherwise stated) bond must be provided and processed before the commencement of the charter, which will be released within 7 days of the charter - unless any damages have occurred or you extend your charter.
  9. Guests must accompany any consumption of alcohol with an appropriate quantity of substantial food for the duration of the cruise.
  10. If the client provides their own wait-staff, they must commence from and return to our mooring at d’Albora Marina Cabarita Point, for preparation and cleaning. This is usually one hour before and after guest pick-up and drop-off times.
  11. External caterers maybe used on request, fees may apply;
  12. No high heels to be worn onboard M.V. Silver Spirit.
  13. "The charterer" shall be liable for any damage or loss to the vessel, equipment, or furnishings caused by themselves or any member of their party.
  14. “The Charter” shall cover cleaning costs if the interior or exterior of the vessel is fouled, this includes but is not limited to vomit,
  15. Neither the operators of "Silver Spirit" nor the owners shall be liable for any injury, loss or damage however suffered to any person arising from the charter;
  16. "The charterer" shall indemnify the vessel owners and operators against such claims;
  17. All beverages will be served and monitored by RSA certified staff members on board. RSA laws will still be enforced to align with our Liquor License including a strict ‘no shots policy.’
  18. Unruly, drunken, illegal or dangerous behaviour may, at the sole discretion of the skipper, result in the immediate ejection of any and all passengers at the nearest permissible wharf area with no refund.
  19. No drunks, no drugs, no drama.
  20. Strictly no nudity on board M.V. Silver Spirit, this includes topless and lingerie entertainment.
  21. BYO alcohol shall be consumed onboard and any unopened drinks can only leave the vessel at the end of the charter if concealed in esky/bags and at the discretion of the Licensee. Any unconsumed alcohol may be collected from the vessel within 24 hrs at the owner's convenience.
  22. Payment of a deposit for any charter indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions of charter.

General Terms and Conditions for Silver Spirit's New Years Eve Cruise

  1. Payment required in full to secure your tickets. We accept cash, bank transfer or credit cards (Amex, Visa and Mastard Card).
  2. Ticket prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
  3. Refunds available up to 3 months prior to date (Sept 30th) minus 10% admin fee.
  4. Any refunds to international accounts, the exchange rate will be on the date of the refund.
  5. Photo Identification required on the night.
  6. No high heels allowed onboard Silver Spirit.
  7. We have a responsible serve of alcohol, we reserve the right to refuse intoxicated patrons.
  8. Bar closes at 12.30am 1st Jan.
  9. Guests must be at the wharf before scheduled departure, we cannot wait if you are late.
